Author Guidelines

Dear Author,

To submit an abstract and later upload your paper you need to register or login to the conference (links also at the online submissions above). During the registration you must tick the role of 'author". At the bottom of the page under "Create account as :" please tick "Author: Able to submit items to the conference." You are also encouraged to tick "Reader: Notified by email on publication of presentations." But do not set yourself in the role of "Reviewer: Willing to conduct peer review of submissions to the conference." In case you have not done this upon registering you can always login and edit your profile at the bottom of the page and them select the "author role".

This will create a "new submission" button on your login page. Follow the checklists to upload your abstract (this should be a maximum of 300 words).

A week after you have uploaded your abstract or no later than 1st September you will be notified of the acceptance.

You should prepare your paper in accordance to the guidelines included in the template.

The template for the papers can be downloaded from MC2017 Conference template.

In case you have any doubt please get in touch with Fergus (f.nicol@londonmet.ac.uk) or Luisa (l.brotas@londonmet.ac.uk).
